Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) organised inspections of foods (451 batches) and found out 10 batches unqualified. 4 food categories were involved, which were meat products, aquatic products, edible agricultural products and foods for special dietary uses.
The unqualified reasons were biotoxin issue, microbial contamination, veterinary drug residue issue and other chemical contamination issues.
